Himalayan Winter Trekking Expedition Manali (29 Dec 2015 - 02 Jan 2016)
Day 1 :
Reporting at the base camp Bhang, International Youth Club Manali followed by orientation, briefing and city walk. The participants will stay overnight at the camp - (2100 meters)

Day 2 :
Trek from Bhang to Solang Valley and Old Manali via Shanag and Burua Village. Overnight stay at camp in Old Manali. (Distance 15 Km which involves a trek for about 6 to 8 hours)

Day 3 :
Trek from Old Manali to Manu temple to Hadimba temple at Mall Road and then to Vashist temple and village which is known for its hot sulphur water. Overnight stay at camp in Vashist. (Distance- 7 km which would involve about 4 to 5 Hours trek)

Day 4 :
Trek from Vashist to Jogni water fall, Gaushal Village and back to base camp. Overnight stay at base camp at Bhang (2100 meters - Distance 7 km 4 to 5 Hours)

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE TREK
Hadimba Temple:
Also known as the Hadimbi Temple, this holy cave is one of the most holiest establishments in Manali. With magnificent wood carvings, the interiors is most suitable for meditation.
Solang Nallah:
As the name suggests that means nearby village by a flowing stream. Placed at the top of Kullu valley is most suitable abode for summer and winter adventure sports.
Jogini Falls:
Named after the Meditative incarnation of Shakti, this trek at 800 ft is often regarded as the best trekking sites in Manali.
Nehru Kund:
The natural water source is enriched in minerals. Draped with beautiful landscapes, trekking in Manali is not complete without quenching at the Nehru Kund.
Inclusions:
Orientation and Training, all meals during the expedition, Stay on sharing basis, forest entry and permissions, Group insurance and certification on completion.
